About Our Logs

At Ladderstile Farm we source our timber from FSC managed forests.

We have had a policy of expanding, planting and restocking our woodland. In February 2006, as part of the forestry jigsaw challenge scheme we planted 1600 trees. In 2009 we joined Natural England’s High Level Stewardship Scheme and as part of the scheme we planted a further 500 trees and 2500 hedging plants.

Collection and Delivery
All of our products can be collected from the farm between 9am and 6pm, 7 days a week. We also offer a delivery service. Please get in touch using the details on the contact us page for further information.

What we sell

Our own logs - Naturally Seasoned We only use hardwood logs and most are Oak, Ash, Beech, and Sycamore. Logs for bulk bags and trailer loads can be cut into 8”, 10”, 12”, 14” or 16”

There are around 2.2m3 of loose logs in each trailer load. A great way to get stocked up for the winter.
